Megan represents corporate clients in commercial and business disputes, construction/design claims, and restrictive covenant litigation. She is part of a team that handles litigation matters across the nation for numerous companies, including a NYSE-traded vitamin and supplements manufacturer and a national provider of targeted advertising and marketing solutions. Megan has defended and prosecuted mechanics' lien and bond claims for owners, contractors, and sub-contractors and suppliers in various jurisdictions.
In addition, Megan has successfully defended employers in a variety of discrimination claims. She is experienced in defending and prosecuting restrictive covenants in various state and federal courts across the nation.
