Her practice focuses on civil litigation in both state and federal courts, and she routinely handles contract disputes and other general commercial litigation matters. Megan's experience includes bank litigation, commercial mortgage foreclosure, construction litigation, and professional liability defense.
Background
Megan was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Orlando, Florida. She graduated from Bishop Moore High School in 2002. Four years later, she received her undergraduate degree from Rollins College in English, with a minor in Communication. After completing her undergraduate studies and prior to beginning her graduate studies, Megan worked in the New York City headquarters of a global, publicly-traded, full-service Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing firm. In 2011, Megan graduated from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Megan was a member of the Moot Court Board and a Notes and Comments Editor for the Stetson Law Review.
