Ms. Spencer is an associate in the firm's environmental law section. She received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2010. At Tulane, Ms. Spencer was a Junior Member and Articles Editor of the Tulane Law Review. She was also involved with the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, and worked on environmental suits related to permitting, air emissions, solid waste facilities, and agency regulations.
