In addition to supporting the professional careers of women and minorities, we believe that our clients benefit from the varied perspectives and life experiences that all individuals bring to our firm. Since the late 1980's, women have been elected members of the firm's management and compensation committees. Today, many of the leadership roles are filled by female attorneys who represent almost 1/3 of the equity shareholders of the firm.
For more than 15 years, MehaffyWeber has been proud to co-host with DuPont a minority job fair for hundreds of law students from Texas and neighboring states. These students are provided the opportunity to interview with law firms and service providers for summer associate positions and regular associate positions with these firms. Our attorneys regularly volunteer in our minority communities.
