Meidyna Budiarti

Ms. Meidyna Budiarti joined ABNR as an Associate in October 2008. She graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya Catholic University, majoring in Economic and Business Law. In ABNR, she has assisted clients in general corporate matters, foreign investment, plantation and banking. She has also been involved in major transactions relating to share acquisition, overseas Initial Public Offerings, corporate restructuring, and bond issuance.
