Meighan Leon is a partner in our Litigation Group in Toronto.
She maintains a general civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters, commercial litigation and professional negligence. Ms. Leon has appeared before the Federal Courts of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and administrative tribunals.
Ms. Leon received her B.Sc. (Honours) in Biology from Queen's University in 1999, and her LLB and BCL from McGill University in 2002. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2003.
Ms. Leon is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Association.
