An accomplished trial lawyer, Melanie maintains a general trial practice which includes intellectual property, general commercial, corporate and personal injury litigation and trials (jury and bench) in state and federal courts. She has practiced law since 1987 and has lectured on a variety of topics relating to jury trial practice, discovery, evidence and ethics. Melanie is Chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation Section.
