Mélanie Poisson's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of civil liability, construction law, professional liability (especially of securities dealers, accountants and doctors), insurance law and class actions.
She acts before all the trial and appeal courts of Quebec and before regulatory agencies and has acted in disciplinary complaints. She has expertise in injunctive proceedings.
