| Biography | Ms. Pineda joined the firm Beltranena, De la Cerda y Chavez in 2004. She became part of Carrillo y Asociados through the merger of both firms in 2009. Arbitrator for Dispute Resolution regarding Free Trade Agreements, with Mexico, Taiwan and DR-CAFTA (2006-2009). She is a former assistant Professor of Intellectual Property and Private International Law at Universidad Francisco Marroquin, and has additional education in finance, e-commerce, securities, and Alternate Dispute Resolution studies locally and abroad in matters of Free Trade Agreements.
