Melissa's practice includes corporate, hospitality, telecommunications, banking and finance, and real estate and development. She has significant experience with the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of commercial property, including retail, office and industrial transactions. Melissa also handles lease financing, including synthetic leasing. Her corporate real estate work covers matters nationwide.
In telecommunications, Melissa represents a wireless telecommunication carrier in acquisition, leasing and construction of transmission sites and retail stores.
Melissa was named a Partner in 2003 and served as St. Louis Hiring Partner from 2003-2005. She joined the firm as an Associate in 1999.
