Melissa concentrates her practice in the areas of business litigation and product liability litigation. She has represented a wide range of clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, in high-stakes product liability cases and complex commercial disputes across the country. She has experience in all phases and aspects of litigation, including responsive pleadings, discovery, evidentiary and substantive motions practice, trial preparation and trial support.
Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Melissa served as a litigation associate at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, D.C., in addition to her chambers counsel and judicial intern positions.
