Melissa Phan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm's Litigation Department.
Ms. Phan earned her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2009. In 2003, she graduated cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Communication Studies and American Literature.
Ms. Phan is admitted to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
