| Additional Bio Details | Ms. Hoeffel's practice is focused on Government Relations and Administrative Law, with an emphasis on legislative and executive agency lobbying, campaign finance and election law, government contract procurement, and hearings before various administrative agencies and boards. Prior to entering law school, she worked for the Ohio House of Representatives, where she was an aide to then-State Representative Joy Padgett. Ms. Hoeffel has widespread experience in the political arena including assisting with coordination of political races for various candidates. Ms. Hoeffel counsels small and large companies and associations on legislative and administrative matters in a diverse range of industries including health care, information technology, and education. In addition, she has extensive experience in advising clients with business transactions requiring transfers of regulatory licenses and development of compliance procedures in multiple jurisdictions. |
