Melissa Schwab Wright is an Associate in our Corporate Group. Melissa has experience representing borrowers and lenders in secured and mezzanine syndicated lending transactions.
Representative Experience
· Representation of a European commercial bank as lender to hedge funds through revolving credit facilities collateralized by investor capital commitments.
· Representation of a global equity investment firm in its bid to acquire certain assets held by a large foreign exchange and commodity broker.
· Representation of a bondholder group holding interests in aircraft in connection with the reorganization of a major commercial airline.
· Representation of an independent Los Angeles based investment management firm as Administrative Agent of a senior subordinated loan facility in negotiating the initial loan documents and later amending these agreements to reflect revised financial covenants and pricing.
