Real Estate and Transactional Work: The firm has and continues to represent lenders and developers in the development, construction and sale of condominium units, and in the development of social interest projects. We have represented various non-profit organizations before the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in closings for housing for the elderly under section 202.
