Meredith Caldwell is a corporate attorney whose practice encompasses the areas of commercial transactions, corporate governance, real estate and general business matters.
Meredith graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate degree in economics from Oklahoma State University in 2008 and with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2011. While in law school, she served as assistant note editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, was a recipient of the Comfort Scholarship, and earned the American Jurisprudence award in Energy and Natural Resources.
Representative Experience
· Conducted due diligence review and assisted in the preparation of ancillary closing documents in the representation of the owners of Perimeter Technology Center, LLC, Oklahoma's largest commercial data center provider, in the sale of its Oklahoma City and Tulsa data centers and 100% of its membership interests to St. Louis, Missouri-based Cequel Data Centers.
