Meredith S. Delcamp has experience in many different types of real estate and complex civil litigation matters, including general real estate and real estate litigation, construction litigation, eminent domain, inverse condemnation, foreclosure, land use litigation matters including Bert J. Harris, Jr., Section 163, Florida Statutes challenges and writs of certiorari. Meredith also has experience in acquisition and development, land use, code enforcement, environmental permitting, and state and federal regulation matters. She has working relationships with expert witnesses, including engineers, real estate appraisers, accountants, planners, and a variety of scientific experts throughout the state of Florida. She also has close inter-governmental relationships with local governments and state agencies. Meredith also has experience with green development and buildings, including LEED certification.
