About this office:
Merrill & Merrill was originally founded by A.L. Merrill, Harvard Law School (1912), in Pocatello, Idaho in 1913. He was joined by a brother, R.D. Merrill, Harvard Law School (1923), and later by a son, Wesley F. Merrill, Harvard Law School (1948). The firm now has nine attorneys and serves clients throughout the State of Idaho in general practice.
Clients consist of a wide variety of insurance companies, major utility, medical and health care organizations, banking interests, locally oriented professional practices, business entities, and interests in water and water resources, farming, etc. All shareholders and associates participate in continuing legal education seminars, frequently as lecturers, professional association activities and civic affairs and are members of the American Bar Association, Idaho Bar Association and the local Sixth District Bar.
