She has appeared before planning and zoning boards throughout the state on behalf of property owners and developer clients in connection with all types of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use projects. She also represents clients in land use, condemnation and related litigation before the Superior Court of New Jersey. Her diversified experience enables her to assist clients throughout the various stages of a project's development, from acquisition through approvals and permitting, financing, leasing or sales, providing extensive knowledge and continuity throughout the often long and complicated process of land development.
