Micah Bobo is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Natural Resources Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Areas of Practice
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Bobo had an extensive career as a real estate broker. As an attorney, his primary focus has remained on residential and commercial real property transactions. Mr. Bobo works with numerous businesses, non-profits, and developers of commercial, residential, and mixed use projects in connection with matters including purchase and sales, drafting governing documents and disclosures, affordable housing issues, Bureau of Real Estate regulatory matters, commercial leases, zoning issues, and real estate financing.
