He concentrates on commercial litigation and arbitration at both the trial and appellate levels. Dealer and distributor disputes play an important role in his practice. He is co-author of The Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law (Wisconsin State Bar, Third Edition 2003). Other key practice areas include lender liability, constitutional challenges to land use regulation, and original appellate work. Mr. Bowen is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and the Chambers USA Guide to America's Leading Lawyers for Business. He has also been selected for inclusion in the 2006 through 2009 Wisconsin Super Lawyers® lists for his business litigation work.
