He has successfully handled jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations in many areas of civil litigation, including breach of contract and business torts, broker-dealer litigation, repossession, bankruptcy, construction law, intellectual property, banking, employment contracts, products liability, trust and estate litigation, commercial real estate taxation and employment taxation. His practice also includes real estate litigation, including condemnation and zoning matters, landlord/tenant issues and foreclosures. In addition, Michael frequently represents property owners in real estate and personal property tax appeals.
