Michael Iannucci concentrates his practice in commercial, corporate and consumer financial services litigation. He also has been involved in numerous mediations and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to limit clients' litigation expenses and exposure. In addition, Mr. Iannucci publishes regularly on issues pertaining to complex litigation. Mr. Iannucci represents clients in a wide variety of contexts, including:
· unfair trade practices and consumer fraud
· business torts and contract disputes
· trade secrets and restrictive covenant/non-competition agreements
· mass torts and product liability defense
· professional malpractice and personal injury defense
· trust and estates
Mr. Iannucci began his career as a federal law clerk to the Honorable John J. Hughes, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable F.J. Fernandez-Vina, Assignment Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden Vicinage.
Mr. Iannucci graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education, where he was recognized as the English Department's top student at graduation. He was also a pitcher on the Delaware baseball team. During law school, Mr. Iannucci served as Editor-in-Chief for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion and was selected as a Marshall-Brennan Fellow. He was the recipient of both the Camden County Bar Foundation's Louis C. Portella Memorial Scholarship and Rutgers Law School's Dean Russell N. Fairbanks Scholarship.

· National banking institution in breach of contract and fraud dispute; obtained dismissal of case at the trial court that was affirmed on appeal.
· Food manufacturer in shareholder dispute over attorney fees; obtained successful results in both the Pennsylvania Superior Court and Supreme Court.
· National lending institution in a federal arbitration involving consumer fraud claims; obtained successful decision from arbitration panel.
· Residential and commercial mortgage lenders in both federal and state courts throughout the nation.
· Global chemical manufacturer in multi-district environmental pollution and product liability litigation involving water contamination.
· International defense contractor in multi-million dollar misappropriation of trade secrets litigation.
· Manufacturer and distributor in wrongful death cases alleging millions of dollars in damages in state and federal court.
· Pharmacy in complex professional malpractice litigation.
Community Service & Affiliations
Mr. Iannucci serves as the chair of the Lourdes Health System's Young Leadership Committee. He also serves as a volunteer admissions representative and career mentor for the University of Delaware. In addition to his volunteer efforts, Mr. Iannucci also handles a number of pro bono matters each year on behalf of indigent clients. He has been named to the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania's Pro Bono Honor Roll every year since 2008.
