 | Michael A. OropalloPartner Mr. Oropallo has handled the litigation, trial and appeal of complex civil matters for the past twenty years. While focusing primarily on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and unfair competition matters, as well as environmental litigation and toxic tort matters, he has a wide breadth of federal and state jury trial experience and regularly counsels clients on litigation and non-litigation alternatives to legal disputes. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association (an Executive Committee member of the Intellectual Property Section), the International Trademark Association, the Copyright Society, and regularly authors articles and lectures on such topics as trial tactics, intellectual property litigation, and complex environmental litigation issues.
