Mr. Gibson is a partner in the Real Estate, Corporate, and Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Groups in the firm's Washington, DC office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Gibson regularly represents companies and real estate investors and developers in real property purchase and sale, leasing and financing transactions in the U.S. and abroad. His experience includes representing companies in financing and managing real estate used in their own business operations and representing investors in real estate transactions where the properties are occupied and maintained by tenants or other occupants, including representation of real estate investors in multiple sale-leaseback transactions in the U.S. and abroad. Construction and development projects are a significant part of his practice and those projects include complex structures involving public and private debt and other sources of public funds. He represents tenants and landlords in commercial leasing of shopping centers and commercial and industrial office buildings, and is experienced in representing borrowers and lenders in construction, term and revolving loans and lines of credit secured by real estate and other assets.
