Michael E. Goodbread, Jr. has experience in business law and transactional practice, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and start-up companies. Mr. Goodbread also represents businesses and entrepreneurs in structuring debt and equity investments and in private placement transactions, as well as franchise and business opportunity compliance, registration and disclosure matters. He has extensive experience in representing motor vehicle dealers, including regulatory matters involving the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and motor vehicle manufacturers.
