Mr. Buckley has over 40 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Boylan Code, Mr. Buckley was a Partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP in Rochester, New York.

Mr. Buckley is a member of the American College of Trusts & Estates Counsel; Trusts & Estates Sections of the New York, Florida and Monroe County Bar Associations; Estate Planning Council of Rochester; and the International Association of Financial Planners.

Professional Honors and Achievements

Mr. Buckley is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Trusts & Estates and in Super Lawyers for Estate Planning & Probate. He has achieved the highest AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and is also listed in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World. He has lectured extensively on estate and tax planning and related matters for the New York State Bar Association, the National Business Institute, the Estate Planning Council of Western New York, and several corporations and other groups.
