Experience
Michael F. Dolan is a partner at Hoagland Longo with the Construction Law practice group. He is also an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating®. Having been with the firm for 20 years, he has had the opportunity to try dozens of cases pertaining to general liability and automobile liability, in addition to his current area of practice in which he is involved in a variety of complex construction claims, including the defense of architects, engineers, and contractors. Mike is also active in the area of transportation law and represents numerous trucking companies and their insurers in accident litigation.
Mike's experience also encompasses defending other professionals including accountants, dentists, and lawyers.
He has lectured to various construction groups, including the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers and the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors on the areas of risk management and current topics in construction law. He has also participated in various seminars, including the Insurance Council of NJ 9th Annual Symposium.
