· Bond counsel, special tax counsel and counsel to financial institutions (acting as underwriters, direct lenders, credit enhancers and liquidity providers) in connection with various types of tax-exempt and taxable financings that have involved: fixed rate obligations, variable rate demand obligations, competitive and negotiated sales, current and advanced refundings, direct purchases, insured obligations, credit-enhanced and/or liquidity supported obligations, derivatives transactions, both integrated and non-integrated, including swaps, hedges, caps, floors and collars
