Mike Crapanzano's practice focuses on the representation of banks and dealers in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a variety of financial products, including fixed income derivatives, credit derivatives and structured financial products. More specifically, Mike's experience includes the use of derivatives and financial products in the municipal markets, including interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, total return swaps, currency swaps, and liquidity facilities. His work in the municipal markets includes transactions with various levels of government and governmental authorities and numerous nonprofit entities, including obligated groups, hospitals, colleges and universities.
Mike received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
