As a member of the Professional Liability Practice Group, Michael concentrates his practice in the area of dram shop law, having handled hundreds of liquor liability cases, most of which involved serious injury or death.
In 1975, Michael graduated from Temple University, magna cum laude and was Phi Beta Kappa. In 1976, he graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a Master's Degree in education. He attended Temple University Law School and received his juris doctor in 1981. Prior to entering law school, Michael was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps, having served in Vietnam.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Michael worked for seventeen years in the area of plaintiff's personal injury. Additionally, he was an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County from 1982 to 1985. When not practicing law, Michael devotes time to delivering food to homeless shelters for the Aid for Friends charity.
