Michael J. Eschelbacher

Attorney Michael J. Eschelbacher practices in the areas of General Business Law, with a particular emphasis on emerging businesses; Estate Planning; and Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

With more than thirty-five (35) years of experience, he has counseled the owners and officers of closely held businesses in the acquisition, formation, continuing operation, and disposition of their businesses, and has worked in the resolution of disputes between shareholders; the interface between business and personal financial strategies; and the business and personal planning required for appropriate succession planning.

He has extensive experience in estate planning for business owners, as well as for highly compensated individuals, and has represented individuals, businesses and lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
