Mr. Gray represents a wide range of clients in a number of diverse matters involving products liability litigation, environmental law, the exploration of oil and natural gas, and appellate litigation.
At Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, Mr. Gray litigated nationally known cases related to butter flavoring used in microwave popcorn. He is experienced with complex litigation in both state and federal courts including the management, discovery, and resolution of multi-party suits and claims of mass torts.
Mr. Gray uses his considerable technical and engineering experience to assist clients faced with emerging legal issues. Particularly, he is motivated to help businesses find innovative solutions to environmental legal problems. As a member of Dinsmore's Shale Resources Team, he has advised clients on the legal issues surrounding the exploration of Utica shale gas deposits in Ohio.
Mr. Gray's academic interests include civil procedure and constitutional law.
As an Iraq veteran and former Air Force officer, Mr. Gray is committed to helping fellow veterans and those in our armed forces.
