Representative Matters
ˇ Assisted in the representation of a shareholder and member of the board of directors of a company in connection with a fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and conspiracy claims arising out of a round of Series C financing for the company. Obtained summary judgment in favor of the client.
ˇ Defended an orthopedic surgeon against claims of medical negligence brought against him by a patient who developed an infection after the client performed emergency ankle surgery. Trial resulted in unanimous jury verdict in favor of client.
