Michael J. Manzo

Michael J. Manzo's practice includes trial and appellate experience in complex commercial civil litigation, including fraud and embezzlement cases, public contract cases, labor litigation, employment termination and wrongful discharge actions, construction litigation, preliminary injunction proceedings (particularly as they relate to non-competition agreements, trade secrets litigation, customer list piracy), civil rights litigation and products liability litigation.

In connection with the firm's sports law practice, Mike serves as legal counsel to the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Mt. Lebanon Lacrosse Association, the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) and also provides representation to the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association, Inc. (PIAA).

He served as a law clerk in 1976 and 1977 to the Honorable Michael J. Eagen, Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Mike lectures frequently on topics of trial practice, evidence and employment law and has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® list consistently since 2004. He is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
