Michael Meehan focuses his practice in the area of financial services. As a member of the Consumer Financial Services team, Mr. Meehan regularly advises financial lending institutions on a variety of regulatory and litigation matters, including disputes under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
While in law school, Mr. Meehan was a special projects editor of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, and served as a teaching assistant to the dean of legal writing.
At Princeton University, Mr. Meehan graduated with a B.A. in politics, with a certificate in political economics. He was also awarded the Thatcher Longstreth Scholar-Athlete award by the Princeton Club of Philadelphia.
