Michael J. Quinn is an associate in the Orlando office and focuses his practice on civil litigation involving personal injury and premises liability. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2010, he worked for a law firm in Pensacola, Florida handling matters in the areas of bad faith and complex insurance coverage litigation.
Mr. Quinn graduated with a Juris Doctor from Florida State University in 2010. While in law school, he worked as a summer associate with NBC Universal in Orlando, Florida. He was a member of Florida State University Business Law Review, and he received two Book Awards in Federal Legislative Practice and Legal Writing and Research II. He served as Vice President of The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies. He was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and was honored in 2008 with the Best Oral Advocate Award and Best Brief Award.
Mr. Quinn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2006. A long-time resident of Central Florida, he won the State Championship for rowing in 2002 as a member of the Orlando Area Rowing Society (OARS).
Admitted to practice in Florida in 2010, Mr. Quinn is an active member of the Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association.
