Michael's national practice includes all phases of estate planning, trust planning, business succession planning and estate administration for high net worth individuals and business owners. He works with clients on gift and tax planning, life insurance, the creation and maintenance of family limited partnerships, the design and preparation of buy-sell agreements, stock purchase agreements and the overall implementation of business succession plans for closely held businesses. Michael also provides legal advice to several charities.
