Michael K. Pepin is an experienced and highly trained attorney in the technical and complex area of bankruptcy.
After graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Michael K. Pepin was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1987. After graduation, Michael K. Pepin practiced in Michigan's Upper Peninsula until moving here to Minnesota in 2007. While in Michigan he practiced bankruptcy, criminal, family, and banking law. He also served on many boards while practicing in Michigan. He sat on the State of Michigan's Boundary Commission. He also sat as Chairperson of the Recipient's Rights Board for Bay Area Medical Center and UPTRANSCOMM Federal Credit Union.
He has 5 children. One daughter is studying pharmacy at the University of North Carolina. While not practicing law he and his family enjoy camping, fishing and hunting. They have recently purchased a home in Pine Springs Minnesota.
He focused his practice primarily in Bankruptcy law at Rosenzweig Law Office, P.A.
Throughout Michael's career of over 25 years he has handled 1000's of cases including both Chapter 7's and Chapter 13's.
He also teaches Business and Law classes at Hennepin Technical College.
