Michael Cioffi concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has represented clients in many industries in matters related to:
· commercial litigation
· government contracts
· environmental issues
· construction
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mr. Cioffi was an assistant attorney general in Ohio.
He is the author of Ohio Pretrial Litigation and co-author of Sixth Circuit Federal Practice Manual.
He is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and received the Goldman Prize for teaching excellence, the only adjunct professor in the college's history to receive this award. Mr. Cioffi also received the Nicholas Longworth Distinguished Alumni Award in recognition of "outstanding contributions" to the legal profession and to the community.
Mr. Cioffi has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
