Amerco, Inc., Arbitration, Reno, Nevada - Represented shareholder in successful enforcement of registration rights agreement taking public the parent company of U-Haul Truck Rental Company. · Zeta Music Systems Inc. v. Gibson Guitar Co., Arbitration, San Francisco, CA - Federal court enforcement action, represented Zeta in an action to recind merger agreement and recover damages in excess of $1 million for breach of fiduciary duty. · Gerry Sportswear Co. v. Amerex USA Inc., Arbitration, New York City - Represented former owner of sportswear company in an action for breach of the acquisition and employment agreements by Amerex USA Inc., collecting in excess of $2 million in damages and fees. · Labor Ready Inc., Initial Public Offering - Represented Van Kasper Securities, the lead underwriter in this $34 million initial public offering of Labor Ready stock and the listing on NASDAQ's National Market System. · Amerco, Inc., Follow on offering - Represented the selling shareholder in this registration and sale of $10 million of his Amerco stock. · Fletcher's Fine Foods - Represented company in the initial public offering of the stock in both U.S. and Canadian markets.
