Mr. Cash has represented clients in complex commercial litigation for more than two decades. He has tried in excess of 75 cases to jury verdict on behalf of individual and corporate clients alike, in state and federal courts in Arizona, California, Colorado, Louisiana, and Texas. Mr. Cash has also argued before numerous appellate courts, including the Texas Supreme Court, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as appellate courts in several states.Mr. Cash has been recognized for his outstanding trial work and has been quoted in advocacy textbooks. In addition, he has taught advocacy skills throughout the United States and Canada. He is a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and has been honored by his peers in Texas Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America.
