Mike Russell's practice focuses on insolvency, bankruptcy and restructuring, and corporate and commercial litigation. He has experience with forbearance agreements; builders' liens and operators' liens related to oil, gas and minerals; unpaid sellers' liens; commercial liens and other issues associated with the transport of goods. Mike has drafted many pleadings, factums and related materials for motions, trials and appeals on a wide range of actions.
