Michael S. Friedman is an Associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Prior to working for Jackson Lewis, Mr. Friedman worked for a prominent Philadelphia law firm practicing in the area of labor and employment law, where he litigated and defended both litigation and administrative matters on behalf of the firm's clients. Still earlier, Mr. Friedman served as the president of a full service sports management and marketing firm which represented professional athletes and coaches in all facets of management, negotiating playing contracts and procuring endorsement opportunities for clients in professional football, basketball and baseball.
Mr. Friedman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Friedman was selected as a Rising Star in Philadelphia Magazine in 2010. He received his B.A. in history from Franklin & Marshall College where he was Class President and a member of the 1995
Centennial Conference Champion football team. Mr. Friedman was awarded his J.D., from the Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Friedman currently serves as an elected Committeeman on the Voorhees Township (NJ) Committee. In that capacity, Mr. Friedman has served as the township's Director of Finance.
