Michael Lazaroff represents companies in complex litigation, including governmental actions, multidistrict actions, class actions and international litigation across a range of industries, including beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, waste, securities and airline. He has experience in several different areas of substantive law, including both private and governmental antitrust counseling, litigation and investigations (including both civil and criminal government investigations), distributor and bottler litigation, and litigation involving feuding partners. Michael has also been involved in matters pertaining to the laws of numerous foreign countries.
Michael earned his A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard University and received his J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School, where he was Senior Articles and Submissions Editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law.
He is admitted to practice in New York and many other courts including before the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association.
