Michael primarily focuses his practice on complex litigation associated with large chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He has considerable experience with all phases of discovery, including conducting and defending depositions as well as managing massive electronic document reviews.
In addition to representing corporate debtors in bankruptcy-related litigation, Michael also represents corporations as debtors-in-possession in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. His current representations include American Home Mortgage Holdings, Inc., et al., Indalex Holdings Finance, Inc., et al., and RathGibson Inc. et al. As bankruptcy counsel, he advises clients regarding numerous bankruptcy issues, such as claims reconciliation, retention of professionals and various stay relief matters.

Michael worked as a respiratory therapist while attending law school. After graduating with honors from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law, he was an associate at a large Philadelphia law firm where he concentrated on healthcare liability matters in both federal and state courts.
