Professional highlights: Mr. Shelley has extensive experience in civil (professional malpractice, government contractor liability, ERISA, construction defects, and personal injury / wrongful death claims) and commercial litigation, and all aspects of insurance coverage and bad-faith claims. He has successfully tried to verdict more than two dozen cases, and has successfully mediated and arbitrated hundreds of others. He has obtained numerous dismissals of cases after convincing the trial court that the Plaintiff committed perjury and fraud during the proceedings, and has argued such cases on the appellate level.
