He has significant experience representing clients in federal and state courts, where he frequently obtains successful outcomes with various types of dispositive motions.

· Advised major insurance company against vexatious refusal and bad faith claims and reduced client's exposure by defeating numerous claims on motions for partial summary judgment, leading to favorable settlements
· Obtained total defense verdict at trial on behalf of retail real estate leasing company in a multimillion dollar dispute involving claims of breach of contract and tortious interference with a prospective business expectancy
