Professional Experience Mr. Lavigne practices in the areas of real estate acquisition, financing, and development. Principal areas of practice involve the representation of purchasers, sellers, developers, designated redevelopers, landlords, and tenants in connection with the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Lavigne has represented clients before municipal, county, and state permitting authorities throughout New Jersey with regard to obtaining required site plan, subdivision, variance, and environmental approvals in connection with residential and commercial development, including mixed-use redevelopment projects. Mr. Lavigne also has extensive experience representing telecommunications providers in obtaining zoning approvals for the construction of wireless facilities.
