Michael Tamblyn is a member of our litigation group and practises commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
His practice includes breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, construction claims, securities litigation, professional negligence and disputes relating to interests in real property. Mr. Tamblyn also represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations and mediations.
He represents entrepreneurs, real estate owners and developers, general contractors and subcontractors, both public and private, in achieving effective, timely and cost efficient resolution of disputes. Mr. Tamblyn has lectured in the legal profession and to industry groups on a variety of commercial litigation topics.
